Lev Ubozhko has not collected necessary number of votes, however he considers, that such results are received at the expense of infringement of the legislation. The opinion he attempts to prove in a district commission, in The central electoral commission, in Prosecutor's office of Russia, in Supreme court of Russian Federation.

Till the item of information Ubozhko, only on territory of Chelyabinsk it is revealed about forty thousand "superfluous" reports, from premises of district commissions were proscribed "inconvenient" of the observer, and in some electoral commissions the number voted "has jumped up" in some times fifteen minutes prior to termination choices.

The provincial court will state the opinion on this business.
