The leader of a Conservative Party of Russia Lev Ubozhko will represent itself as the public defence attorney on process on the former minister of the defence of Georgia Tngiz Kitovani. This decision was accepted at the request of the citizen, taking place on the same business, of Russia, member of a Conservative Party of Russia V.Fisuna.

According to the legislation, acting in Georgia, the leader of a Conservative Party of Russia not included in Bar, can participate in process only as the public defence attorney. Furthermore he should be presented any public organization registered in Georgia. For the decision of this question the court has granted time before the following session of the court, which is appointed on January 18.

In conversation with the journalists Lev Ubozhko has declared, that in connection with intent to run for on a post of the President of Russia he there is no possibility to be in Georgia for a long time and will come in Tbilisi only to days of sessions of the court. In his opinion, the process carries political character. In Georgia, as well as in Russia, the justice depends on authorities ", - has told Lev Ubozhko and has declared, that he is going to defend all indictees who are taking place on the given business.
