Recently The central electoral commission has registered one more candidate in the presidents of Russia. He has appeared L.G.Ubozhko - chairman of a Conservative Party. He is one of first in 1988, with organization of a Party Democratic Union, beginnings in country process creating multiparty system. L.G.Ubozhko is the member of Public chamber at the President of Russian Federation.

In the past the present candidate in the presidents hardly has suffered for the political convictions by stay within 17 years in consentration camps L.G.Ubozhko has the highest legal, polytechnical and technical educations. For the last 3 years, participatting in costs in quality of defender of rights, has won more than 30 " fabricated businesses ".

On past week the new candidate in the presidents has visited the town Vladimir. At our regional centre his attention was involved with costs on an accusation of murder, which passes in the Frunze people's court L.G.Ubozhko has acted on it as the defence attorney and has declared, that takes under the control its completion.
